And another new character for the Empire of the Eye timeline/story/rpg I'm working on with ~Kuchibuttchi

Parlov is an orphan living on the street, together with another girl around his age.
They both get adopted by Lycien and bardiel (Henzy's character), Lycien's roughly in his early 50s here, and life's a whole lot better for him again.
