Description

Sort of a quick thing, since ~Kuchibuttchi did some sort of dinosona, and I had to make one too just for fun.

I might change the tail/fan, but overall I really like the design.
Not sure which sort of raptor it is, either velociraptor or utahraptor I guess. Either is fine.
